Senior Recruitment Business Partner

Support business mangers by providing full life cycle recruitment services from sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking, offering to on boarding Find new and innovative ways to continually search for top talent not limited in traditional recruitment channels Maintain up-to-date job postings and applicant information in ATS Conduct initial phone screens and provide feedback to management Schedule interviews for managers and conclude the interview result for final decisions Work with business managers and HR partner to come out salary and negotiate with successful candidates Conduct reference checks and/or background checks as required Qualifications REQUIRED SKILLS: Must have 4+years' IT/Software Development Recruitment experience (corporate and/or agency) Proven track record of recruiting/hiring accomplishments MUST HAVES: Strong interpersonal, organizational and negotiating skills Strong work ethic, professional image combined high standard of excellence Very strong communication skills - ability to communicate effectively (listening, comprehension) Mature, dynamic and collaborative/positive team player Ability to achieve hiring goals/requests, prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines Able to work in a rapidly-changing work environment Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet * Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
